FAQ
Use a green pea amount of the primer to the entire face every morning to prevent pimples from developing and treat pimples you may already have. Allow primer to dry fully, then apply sunscreen or makeup.
Do not over-apply the Primer. Using too much may contribute to pilling if makeup is applied over it.
The JORI Mask can be applied to the full face or to areas that tend to break out. The best way to keep a clear complexion is not just to treat pimples you have, but to prevent new ones from developing. Treat the whole affected area since you can't predict where the next blemish will develop. Benzoyl peroxide can treat all types of breakouts, but is particularly useful for red, angry pimples. Test the mask in a single area before using to make sure you can tolerate it. Apply along with a moisturizer. We recommend applying before bed and sleeping on white pillow case since benzoyl peroxide can bleach non-white fabrics. The mask can be used during the day as well if preferred.
JORI skincare was dermatologist formulated with adult acne in mind. The products can be used across all skin types, ages, and tones. However, caution is recommended if you have sensitive skin. Always touch base with your doctor before using medications for your skin, even over-the-counter medications.
JORI skincare acne medications are not recommended during pregnancy or breast feeding, and you should touch base with your doctor.
Yes. All JORI skincare products contain natural ingredients and are fragrance, dye, paraben, sulfate, cyclic silicone, and phthalate free.
Our Leave-On Acne Treatment Mask contains an ingredient called Benzoyl Peroxide. It is known to bleach non-white fabrics, leaving behind permanent white marks. We suggest letting it fully dry on the skin, washing your hands after application, using white towels and sheets, and sleeping in white pajamas/ undergarments (or those you won't care about if they get a bleach stain!)
Consensus guidelines from the American Academy of Dermatology recommend using different acne treating ingredients that compliment each other as part of a single regimen. The different ingredients work together by addressing different causes of acne at the same time.
Unfortunately, it is unrealistic to expect acne to go away completely overnight. Most clinical trials for acne treatments start to show improvements after 4 weeks of continuous use. The end point of the trials is usually 12 weeks.
It's important to give your products several weeks of continuous use to give them enough time to do their job. In clinical trials for acne medications, it typically takes up to 12 weeks for significant improvements. If your skin is not improving after 4 weeks of use, or if you are developing any scars, you should touch base with your Dermatologist for professional treatment.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging. Sorry to say we cannot offer a money back guarantee! We also always suggest talking with your own doctor before using an acne treatment, because ingredients like Salicylic Acid & Benzoyl Peroxide can cause skin irritation in some people. To start a return, contact us at hello@joriskincare.com with the subject line "RETURN REQUEST". If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the return.
