DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed same day if placed before noon Monday through Friday. Shipments do not occur on holidays or weekends. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or if we expect any delays, you will receive an email with this information.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number after your order ships.


Customs, duties, and taxes

JORI Skincare is not responsible for any taxes applied to your order. All fees (eg. taxes) imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.  Sales tax will be collected in the state of New York and California.


Damages

JORI Skincare is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.


No Fault Re-ship.

When a product does not reach a customer due to no fault by Jori and product is returned to Jori (eg. return to sender, recipient entering address incorrectly, recipient failure to claim item), the order may refunded less a 15% re-stocking fee or re-shipped with a $10 shipping fee, on a case by case basis.  If a product does not reach customer due to customer entering shipping address incorrectly, and package is not returned to Jori, Jori will not be held responsible to re-ship a replacement or to issue a refund.

At this time, JORI skincare ships only within the United States.
